From experience Uzma has found that for clients, the hardest part of outsourcing a subsurface projects and studies is preparing an unambiguous work scope, which clearly defines the objectives and deliverables. In the worst cases this hurdle can prevent urgent projects being implemented resulting in lost opportunities. In the best cases, the lack of clarity can result in perceived objectives not being met or in scope creep resulting in budget overruns or partially fulfilled expectations.

This is a packaged service that offers an efficient and effective method of framing the workscope for all types of subsurface projects and studies. For a competitive lump sum price, Uzma’s senior engineers and/or geoscientists will intensively work with your team, framing the project objectives, clearly specifying deliverables and agreeing a project workflow with realistic timelines, clear responsibilities and optimum interfacing.
