UZMA provides experienced teams equipped with the tools, software, management systems and supervision required. We also provide experienced individuals for our customers’ current organisations. Depending on the project scope we can propose a day rate, a lump sum to help manage budgets, or a risks/rewards model to give maximum value. Currently we are engaged in drilling operations worldwide including deepwater and UBD projects.

Drilling Project Management is a service introduced to Malaysia by two of UZMA's directors, Dato' Kamarul and Mr. Knowles, when they worked for Smedvig Technologies. UZMA successfully took over the business from Smedvig Technologies and it remains one of UZMA's core service sectors.

UZMA has been awarded a Drilling Project Management contract for Carigali and a number of overseas clients for projects throughout Asia, the Indian subcontinent and Africa, including Pakistan, Myanmar, Thailand and Sudan.
