Managing Outsourced technical HRM

Uzma provides key human resource functions related to the setting up and running of client's Technical Department, including sourcing and recruiting senior personnel.

Uzma has secured a 3-year manpower management contract worth RM150 million from Talisman. This is the first outsourced contract of a whole engineering department carried out in Malaysia.
